Performance
The bottles conveyed by the higher equipment at the bottling position will be blocked by the bottle blocking device on the bottle delivery track of the bottle conveying mechanism while it waits for filling. Vibration from the feeding corrugated plate allows the pharmaceuticals to enter the medicine warehouse in an organized fashion. The medication warehouse has a counting photoelectric sensor put on it. When medications fall into the warehouse, the photoelectric counting sensor counts them quantitatively before loading the drugs into the bottle at the bottling station.

1. Strong compatibility,It can count and bottle various kind of solid preparation or solid granules for example ,tablet (including heteromorphism tablet),capsule,soft capsule(transparent and non-transparent),pill etc.
2. Vibration discharging material: Gentle laying-off by 8 entercloses' vibration, with special patented flap partial filling system ,the discharging of medicine is homogeneous and stable without damage.
3. Correct counting :With automatic photoelectric sensor counting and has pre-counting function ,the error of bottling is less than nation standard.
4. Easy operation: Adopting intellectualized design, all kinds of operation data can be set according to the requirement .It can store 10 groups of setting parameters for use.
5. Convenient maintenance :After simple training, the worker can operate easily .It is easy to disassembly, clean and change the components without any tools.
6. Sealing and dustproof: Dust collection box is available, it can reduce the dust pollution.
