Operation Instruction
1. The capsule filling machine is composed of six essential components: Body Plate, Alignment Plate, Cap Plate, Middle Plate, Powder Spreader, and Powder Pressing Plate. Each part is crafted for meticulous functionality, ensuring a smooth and efficient filling process.
2. The capsule itself consists of two parts: the capsule body, which is the elongated section filled with the chosen powder, and the capsule cap, the shorter section, designed to secure the powder-filled body with precision.
3. Begin by taking the Cap Plate and placing it on a clean, dry surface. This ensures a contamination-free environment for your capsule production.
4. Next, carefully position the Alignment Plate atop the Cap Plate, ensuring it is fixed correctly. This alignment is crucial for the precise placement of capsule caps.
5. Gently pour the capsule caps into the Alignment Plate. Using a circular motion, softly shake the caps into their designated holes. Remember to cover the gap in the alignment plate's wall with one hand to prevent any spills, ensuring a tidy workspace.
6. Once all holes are filled with capsule caps, pour out any excess caps to maintain an organized working area.
7. Proceed by taking the Body Plate and securely attaching the Alignment Plate to it. This step is vital for accurate capsule body placement.
8. Pour the capsule bottoms into the Alignment Plate and gently shake as before to fill the corresponding holes. Remove any surplus bottoms to keep your operation efficient.
9. Add a scoop of your selected powder filler onto the Body Plate. Utilize the spreader to ensure the powder fills the capsule bottoms evenly. This guarantees consistent dosing with each capsule.
10. Take your filled Cap Plate and carefully place the Middle Plate on top. This forms a secure lid for your capsule bodies.
11. Turn the assembled Cap Plate and Middle Plate over, securing them to the Body Plate to prepare for the final encapsulation step.
12. Apply even pressure with your hands, pressing down firmly to fit the capsule body and cap together into a unified, secure capsule. This step completes the encapsulation process with precision.
