Semi-automatic PLC Controlled Aerosol Bag on Valve Filling Machine is composed of gas filling-sealing machine, liquid filling machine, PLC control system, and workbench. It is applicable for binary(bag-on-valve) aerosol packing products making, this machine filling gas under-cap and crimping at the same working position, then filling liquid trough valve. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control system, easy operation, security, precise metering, high precision filling volume.
